Rubies Travel assists travelers in coordinating reservations with third-party travel suppliers. We do not control supplier refund policies.

Nature of Reservations

Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators set their own cancellation and refund conditions.

Most travel services are:

• Non-refundable
• Partially refundable
• Subject to penalties
• Date-change restricted

Agency Role

Rubies Travel will help communicate with suppliers and submit refund or change requests when possible.

However, we cannot guarantee:

• Approval of refunds
• Amount refunded
• Processing times

Processing Times

Refund processing is handled entirely by the supplier and may take several weeks or months.

Service Fees

Agency service fees, consultation fees, and planning fees are non-refundable once work has been performed.

Customer Acknowledgment

By confirming a booking through our assistance, you acknowledge acceptance of supplier cancellation policies.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
